ACE3 is essentially an overhaul to the Arma system and adds a lot of new features to make the game more user-friendly. It's such a game-changer, in fact, that many consider it to be an essential mod for Arma 3. From performance enhancements to more consistent and less glitchy 3D model interactions, it really does take the game to the next level. It's an excellent example of how a positive community can totally improve the elements of a game without the need for developer input.
